This 2011 BMW 1M is one of 983 cars delivered to North America during the model’s single-year production run, and this example was delivered new via the BMW European Delivery Program. Finished in Alpine White over black Boston leather upholstery, it is powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.0L inline-six linked with a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Features include 19″ Style 359M alloy wheels, xenon headlights, front sport seats, a Bluetooth hands-free system, and dual-zone automatic climate control. Acquired by the seller on BaT in September 2022, this 1M has 44k miles and is now offered with an owner’s manual, a Carfax report, and a clean California title in the seller’s name.
The car is finished in Alpine White III (300) and features model-specific bumper covers, side skirts, flared fenders, and quad exhaust outlets. Additional details include xenon headlights, rain-sensing wipers, a trunk lid spoiler, and LED taillights. The Carfax report notes damage to the front and undercarriage in 2012, and the front bumper cover was repaired under previous ownership. In 2022, the front bumper cover was repainted and fitted with paint protection film, which was also applied to the hood, headlights, and mirrors.
The 19″ Style 359M alloy wheels are mounted with Bridgestone Potenza S-04 tires measuring 245/35 up front and 265/35 out back. The 1M utilizes suspension and braking components sourced from the contemporary M3 and features Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) with M Dynamic Mode (MDM) as well as Dynamic Brake Control. Stopping power is from cross-drilled and ventilated rotors at each corner. The brake fluid was flushed in October 2022.
The cabin features front sport seats and rear bucket seats upholstered in black Boston leather with orange contrast stitching, and Alcantara upholstery accents the shift boot, doors, and dashboard. Additional interior features include a BMW Business CD stereo, a Bluetooth hands-free system, and dual-zone automatic climate control.
The leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel features tri-color stitching and frames a 180-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 7k-rpm redline as well as gauges for fuel level and oil temperature. The digital odometer indicates 44k miles, approximately 2,500 of which were added under current ownership.
The twin-turbocharged 3.0L N54B30 inline-six was factory rated at 335 horsepower and 332 lb-ft of torque, with an overboost function allowing for an additional 37 lb-ft of torque in short bursts. An oil change was last performed in October 2022, at which time the valve cover gasket and spark plug tubes were replaced.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a Variable M Differential Lock. The rear differential pinion seal and an exhaust gasket were replaced in October 2022.
The Carfax report notes the aforementioned damage.
