For Sale 2011 BMW 1M

It has come to my conclusion, that it is time to let someone else enjoy what I have for the past 13 years! I am finally selling my 2011 BMW 1M in the highly desired Valentia Orange color! Current mileage is 54K. I am the 2nd owner and have owned it for the past 13 years. I have put 43K miles on it since my ownership. The original owner was a person who worked at the Berkeley BMW Dealership as their IT person. After less than a year of his ownership, he realized he could no longer afford it and that was when I purchased it from him when it had 11k miles. It is loaded with factory options such as GPS Navigation, Harmon Kardon AM/FM/CD Stereo, AC, Electric Seat Controls, Heated Seats, iPod/iPhone Connections. Comes complete with origional Owners Manual and documentation.
In case you are not aware of the 1M specific, it is a one year BMW Motorsports rendition! Only 740 were imported to the United States! There were only 3 specific colors offered: Black, White and Valentia Orange. IMHO (and most enthusiast agree), the Valentia Orange is the most desirable color (and it was an additional optional $550.00 cost at the time)! This is the BMW that enthusiast talk the most about! It is also the last of the hydraulic steering that is so communicable, rather than the late models Electric Steering! The BMW 1M is a driving enthusiast car! If you are an BMW enthusiasts, you know what this 1M is!
My 1M has been carefully serviced through the BMW Dealerships while under warranty, and after the warranty expired, it has been well taken care of by the renown BMW go to place: Tri Star Motors!
The 1M is stock, with the exception of G-LOC GS-1 Brake Pads (which are fantastic, no dusting and great performing) and a lower front Splitter (bought from the 1addicts board), that finishes the front end and protects the lower bumper from parking curbs etc! It is not obtrusive and it is hardly noticeable (see the front view photos). I have replaced the worn out brake rotors with BMW OEM 2 piece rotors, which were $600.00 each! I wanted to make sure that every serviceable item was OEM BMW! Expel Self Healing PPF has been applied on Hood, Fenders and Valences.
The 1M has always been garage kept. There are a few very minor rock chips as expected for a 14 year old car. It was not babied; it was driven, not beaten, but enthusiastically owned!
